            When steel tapping from revolving furnace, slag-stopping is needed in order to prevent rephosphorization when slag outflowing from converter, reduce metal impurity in liquid steel, improve quality of steel and ferroalloy yield and get special steel smelted.

        Our homogeneous slag-stopping ball can overcome density changeable of double-deck slag-stopping ball or slag cone because of its outer layer stripping in the past. It is floating stable and accurate orientation, better erosion resisting and good slag-stopping effect when it is in the steel furnace. furthermore,this slag-stopping ball has grooves with character-meter distribution. Even though, when slag-stopping ball completely ward off tap hole, and steel liquid can still run off from groove. Thus steel tapping is still more thorough.
